PRIVATE COACHING | 4 Sessions
4 online one-on-one, conversational sessions that are unique to you and your goals. Here’s the understanding you’ll walk away with at the end of four sessions:
Week One: How your unique core motivations drive your thoughts, feelings and behavior.
Week Two: Your unique way of interpreting the world and how you process, react and respond to the circumstances in your life based on your emotions and desires.
Week Three: The common attributes you take on when you’re in stress and security, and how to navigate through circumstances in a way that honors your highest good.
Week Four: How your unique style of relating to others impacts your relationships.
After these 4 sessions, you will have shocking clarity about WHY you do WHAT you do, and you’ll know how to make shifts that will positively impact your ability to achieve your goals, enhance your relationships, and be at peace with yourself.
After these four sessions, you have the option to continue working with me to expand this new level of awareness, and make changes that will continue to enhance your life in every way.

Group coaching allows you the unique opportunity to hear the perspectives of many Enneagram Types throughout coaching.

Sessions are approximately 2 hours each, online via video conference - you must have a reliable internet connection. There are no replays.
