There are very few things that will impact your life more than working with a coach & investing in your own growth! It’s an amazing experience.

What you can expect from me:

I’m an Enneagram Type 9, and you’ll find me to be disarming and easy to talk to. Our (virtual) coaching space is comfortable and you’ll look forward to coming. I compare our sessions to a good massage for the soul - you’re relaxed, but we work out some knots!

I go about the work of sharing life changing knowledge and insights, using the Enneagram as our personality map. This process allows you to clearly see the paths you take that lead toward growth, and those that keep you stuck. The Enneagram makes quick work of getting to the heart of the matter, revealing fears, beliefs and patterns that are keeping you from moving forward in positive ways in your endeavors, relationships, desires and dreams.

You’ll be able to use these new insights to enhance every area of your life.
